Materials that are allowed in the dumpster include common household items, construction debris, furniture, yard waste, and more. However, hazardous materials like paint, chemicals, tires, and sediments such as dirt or sand are not allowed. Concrete is also not allowed in the dumpster, if you are working on a project where chunks of concrete may end up in the dumpster, please make note of that when booking.
If your project finishes sooner than expected, simply give us a call to schedule an earlier pick-up time. We will do our best to accommodate your schedule change.
As long as we receive notice at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled delivery, there is no cancellation fee. If we receive notice within 24 hours, you may either reschedule or pay a $100 cancellation fee.

No, you certainly do not have to be there when we drop off or pick up the dumpster. Just make sure you include notes about where you’d like the dumpster delivered at the time of booking. Spray paint or something similar is helpful for us if there’s somewhere very specific you’d like the dumpster to be placed.
Give us a call, we can likely work something out.
If the dumpster is overloaded, you may incur additional fees due to the hauler not being able to transport it safely. Make sure you’re not filling the dumpster above the top edge. If you do overfill it, your best options are either to compact the contents so they’re not above the top edge of the dumpster or to remove items from the top.
