The size of the dumpster you need depends on the scope of your project. For small clean-ups or yard work, our 11-yard dumpster is often sufficient. For larger home renovations or construction projects, the 30-yard dumpster may be more appropriate.

The 11-yard dumpster includes a 5-day rental period while the 30-yard dumpster includes a 7-day rental period. If you need the dumpster for a longer period, you can keep the dumpster for up to 30 days at a cost of $10 per day once your included rental period has ended. 

If you exceed the weight limit for your dumpster, you will be billed for the overage at a rate of $70/ton. We will prorate the overage charge. For example, if you exceed your included tonnage by 0.5 ton, you will be billed $35.
